Michelle is a strategy, finance, and operations professional who has led complex projects, developed innovative strategies, and delivered comprehensive results for nonprofit, public, and for-profit organizations. She specializes in working with Boards, executive teams, and staff to focus their initiatives, operations, and processes. She has helped local and national organizations increase their impact through building capacity, increasing effectiveness of programming, and fostering strong leadership and partnerships. She previously worked for Feeding America where she led the development of their national strategy to increase the amount and quality of food provided through their network of food banks and created a long-term approach to addressing the root causes of hunger. At Teach for America, she helped design a holistic performance measurement and management system to support their nationwide teacher corps. As a management consultant for Bridge Strategy Group, she conducted analysis and created strategies for operations, product development, sales, and marketing for corporations in the technology, energy, insurance, and banking sectors. While working with Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns, she designed and delivered financing vehicles for issuers in healthcare, education, and infrastructure.Michelle is a dedicated civic leader with a passion for improving communities by addressing equity issues including access to education, healthcare, and resources.
