Worked with Guess as Queensland State Operational Manager up until August 2013, i am currently looking for a new opportunity on my return from having a child.My Typical Duties were•Driving my area to achieve desired store budgets and monitoring KPI’s daily•Lead and develop my management teams to aim to achieve and exceed forecasted store budgets, set by both myself and head office.•Maintain existing loss prevention strategies and develop new directions as part of the national team, along with conducting and auditing of stock takes quarterly•Ensure loss prevention policies and procedures are maintained with the ability to assess and develop risk management, along with conducting OH&S reports for each store on a monthly basis•Provide training and support across all levels of the business to maximize succession planning opportunities and clear pathways for career progression•Organize and oversee new store openings and planning•Ensure wage cost control is maintained at all times
