Working as part of the team with the senior partner, customer liaison is extremely important. Again here I am responsible for ensuring all aspects of the job runs smoothly. New business through to being the first point of contact for the client. This is a very rewarding role especially when the clients have no hesitation in returning.

From joining Grosvenor Butterworth I completed the old Financial Planning Certificates , along with the Mortgage Certificate Cemap. My Role in the company started as a Personal Assistant to Financial Advisers but has moved up to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. I am responsible for the client liaison ensuring that all queries are dealt with efficiently and that business is processed. The job is wide and varied and extremely interesting.

I joined the Financial Services after being made redundant from General Insurance. My position was Personal Assistant to a Financial Adviser. Here I retrained and dealt with all aspects of the financial services from customer liaison to processing business. I also undertook the first steps in taking my financial planning exam. (Stage 1).
