• Coordination& support all New Csl’s through the signing off phase, by different Deliver Supplier Including Training• Finalize all CSL’s to ensure it is trainable. Change the language, as well as grammar, to make it understandable to relevant audience. • Update and change existing CSL’s as the business require.• Assist in the CSL translation process • Create and maintain OCL’s for all new and existing product / processes in restaurant • Scheduling of Monthly Planning Meetings, Scheduling of Monthly review meetings • Co-ordinate & arrange Workshops for national Launches/Project Launches as per business requirements• Arrange, set-up and direct all Photoshoots for new products (Market Tests SA & ROSSA LTO’s)• Infographics:* Gather all training elements and brief 3rd Party / supplier to create effective training infographics * Send out infographics for feedback and approval * Gather all feedback and brief 3rd Party / supplier with required changes • Window Quiz - Create testcraft assessments to measure retention of knowledge Administration & coordination: • Collect information and create communication for CSL launches / updates for all ROSSA Markets • Collect training information and create communication (Bulletin Notes and Communication Template) for Marketing & Internal Communications• Test Craft BMU owner - * Facilitate Workshops * Support Franchisee, RSC and LZA with all query’s * Creating user friendly videos and manuals* Run General Reports for Windows, LZA’s, RSC and Franchisees * Ongoing build know how.• Arrange team activities & Itinerary – TRAVEL IT (Team AOP, Restaurant Visits, Birthday Celebrations, Local and regional travel)• Min 5 Years Restaurant Experience • Technologies: MS Office (MS Office – Excel, MSW, PP, Adobe, MICROS – Testcraft, LCMS, LZ & Sign Flow• DC 30 Certified.• Photoshoots for New and Existing Product Launches
