I am an intelligence leadership, learning and development specialist with over 15 years experience in the Australian Defence Force in roles spanning operations, intelligence training, logistics and team leadership. As a former Intelligence Planning Officer and Senior Instructor and Head of Department at the Defence School of Intelligence, I have direct experience in developing, delivering and assessing intelligence training courses and leading teams in challenging security environments. I was also an Executive Manager at Aldi Food Stores in South East Queensland, responsible for leading and managing teams. As the Associate Director for Learning & Development at Protegas Australia and I was responsible for analysing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training for a variety of clients. I led and managed a team of training staff to achieve required outcomes. I am passionate about inclusive and participative leadership and building collaborative stakeholder relationships to deliver insightful and impactful advice and solutions.I have recently decided to re-qualify and am now a full time student at Bond University studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science.
