I have a diverse and extensive experience in all aspects of HR. I am the Lead HR Business Partner for RBWM with a particular focus on change, relationship management and Employee Relations. I have several years of experience working within various Human Resources roles within different organisations, from Banking, Telecoms and IT to public sector where I continue to provide guidance on all areas of HR including employment law, policy, management as well as supporting a range of Executives/Directors/Managers on all aspects ranging from resourcing to employee relations (including performance management disciplinary, grievance management) change management/workforce planning, restructures, TUPE and OD all whilst continuing in my support and coaching of team members.
