I am a motivated, solutions-driven attorney. In my current role as Knowledge Management Counsel at the world’s largest labor and employment law firm, I harness legal developments, technologies and best practices to improve the way we practice law for the benefit of both clients and practitioners. My goal is to deliver legal services in innovative and forward-thinking ways. For 13 years at international and New York Metro Area law firms, I have successfully served public and private employers in collective bargaining, arbitration, union avoidance and election campaigns, unfair labor practice proceedings, employment law counseling, and judicial litigation. I helped employers avoid problems in the workplace with effective policies, training, and day-to-day advice. I also negotiated and documented mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and real estate transactions, licensing agreements, supply and vendor contracts, and advised boards of directors on corporate compliance. I worked day-to-day with human resources and labor relations directors to manage risks and make decisions that improve the business. I have the pleasure of advising organizations of all shapes and sizes, from municipal agencies, to Fortune 500 companies, to now my law firm as Knowledge Management Counsel.
