Responsibilities included handling all aspects of licensee agreements for 25-50 local, national and international licensees; commercial lease agreements; assisting with human resource and customer service issues; addressing trademark issues; breach of contract issues; settlement negotiations to reduce the company's financial obligation and avoid litigation; compliance with local and international laws regarding the business; oversight of international financial accounts; addressing social media inquiries and violations; and anything else that came up.I enjoy being a team player, communicating with all levels of a company, and providing a source for guidance and consistency within a company.
