-Provide coaching and leadership to the Programming and Outreach team.-Oversee the design and implementation of national programming initiatives including the CJPAC Fellowship, Generation program, and campaign training programs.-Work closely with CJPAC’s regional offices to support their programming and outreachinitiatives.-Maintain close working relationships with partner organizations including Federations, synagogues, and schools to connect community members with CJPAC initiatives.-Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key allied communities across Canada.-Represent CJPAC at various community events, conferences, and other gatherings.-Plan and execute a range of virtual and in-person events, including CJPAC’s annual Toronto ACTION Party.-Design strategy, goals, and manage budget for programming and outreach initiatives.-Ensure effective coordination and follow-through between the Programming & Outreach team and other teams within CJPAC.-Set program metrics and continuously evaluate programming for alignment with CJPAC’s strategic priorities.-Recruit, hire, and supervise summer and school-year interns.-Maintain relationships with some key donors, and act as a concierge to help them engage effectively in CJPAC initiatives and the political process.

-Create and implement a fundraising strategy to illicit new funds and gain new donorship for the organization to rely on in perpetuity-Manage the planning and execution of fundraising events, including creating new events for prospective donors-Assist with management of fundraising efforts with members of the Board of Directors and other lay leaders, and other necessary activities-Assist VP, Marketing with digital marketing assets related to fundraising efforts and events-Work with the operation team members to manage and maintain digital donor databases (CRM) and other relevant assets

-Manage a regional office and team, hit critical deliverables in fundraising, engagement, voter contact, and regulatory compliance -Provide training, support, and management for campaigns, local organizers, riding associations, candidates and volunteers-Organize different types of events, including the following: fundraising, engagement, campaign colleges, and conventions-Maintain a budget and ensure all expenses are approved and fit within the budget-Build positive working relationships across the region and with related teams in Ottawa

-Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and evaluating all staff -Generating timetabling and scheduling for all staff and students-In charge of health and safety and compliance training-Conducting training and professional development sessions for staff at all levels-Planning and executing large scale assemblies-Managing entire school; students (over 1800) and staff (over 200 staff) report to me-Implementing a progressive discipline approach to student behaviours-Producing and maintaining community connections-Organizing major events -Improving school image and functionality-Creating new initiatives and inspiring change-Leading fundraisers and other initiatives school and community wide-Collaborating with colleagues -Budgeting and maintaining school finances
