Main responsibilities include grant research and writing to secure funds for various programs offered at Willis Center, preparation and writing of the annual report, updating online donation accounts on E-Tapestry, developing social media and print marketing, coordination of vendors for the annual African American and Juneteenth Festival, press release writing, and external and internal newsletters for Willis Center employees and donors.

Co-Education Director’s main responsibilities included securing 7-9 leaders to facilitate workshops for week long student leadership conference for six breakout sessions. Acquiring the three keynote speakers, which included motivational speaker Michael Miller, the Colbert Report’s Chaplin Father James Martin, and the first Director of the LGBTQ Resource Center at Georgetown University, Shiva Subbaraman. Led a staff of nine volunteers whose responsibilities included speaker and workshop set up, workshop quality control, and troubleshooting any unforeseen complications.
