Ensured operational processes are standardized and include simple, easily accessible SOPs. Drove change management assessments to ensure change risks are documented and have mitigating actions. Verified that system owners are fully trained prior to go live and processes are in place to sustain operational training requirements. Drove creation of assets to increase the speed and quality of system cutovers (conversion check lists, readiness scorecards, inventory availability, etc.)

Led monthly SIOP meetings with business partners. Assured timely and strategic distribution and stock availability to multiple US and Canada distribution warehouses. Analyzed and defined parts inventory priorities, adjusting min/max setting and safety stock levels, managing parts coding and classification processes, and maintaining parts availability. Identified and drove the elimination of excess inventory on an ongoing basis. Developed/maintained inventory-item database.
