With over 20 years of management experience, I am a Home Service team manager at Sky, the leading provider of entertainment and communication services in the UK. I manage a team of Engineers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality and consistent service to our customers across TV and FTTP installation and Broadband services. I also oversee the training, development, and performance evaluation of my team, as well as the implementation of new processes and policies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. I have a strong background in psychology and social sciences, which helps me understand the needs and behaviours of our customers, as well as the motivations and challenges of my team. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where everyone can thrive and grow and am one of the Diversity& Inclusion leads within Home service in the North.
