I am responsible with assisting the showroom manager with the day to day operations of the showroom which include:- Keeping the showroom orderly, neat and clean.- Assisting walk in customers by showing them products, creating invoices or processing payments.- Supporting sales reps by assisting any of their customers who walk into the showroom, processing their orders, checking stock and price of products and communicating when products for their customers arrive at the showroom. - Keeping inventory and ordering stock for the showroom.- Communicating with head office about customer orders, queries and product information.- Reaching out to customers to maintain or create new relationships.
