Current- Partner with companies to manage, implement and assist with recruiting initiatives.
- Lead Recruiting efforts for entire organizations, including SF markets, as well as markets across the US.
- Work with all levels of management to best understand hiring needs and provide market intelligence.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting which includes collaborating with hiring managers and their teams to develop hiring plans, source, interview, evaluate, close, and onboard top talent.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and strategies to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
- Prescreen and sourced hundreds of candidates per week and qualified existing profiles.
