About Michelle Evans (She/Her)
Hello! I'm a Senior Director in Edelman's Employee Experience team. With 15 years of experience across multiple sectors, I've developed a deep technical knowledge of employee, transformation, and strategic communication, which allows me to lead successful communication and engagement projects.One of the things I love most about my work is working with clients to solve the trickiest engagement challenges, building trusted relationships with senior clients (c-suite) to achieve organizational goals. I believe that delivering an exceptional employee experience is key to business success. In my previous role as a Strategic Employee Communications & Change consultant within EY's Workforce Advisory practice, I worked on a variety of projects, including mergers, global operating model transformations, culture transformation, and government & public sector strategic communication. Some of my most exciting projects include being the Interim Director of Corporate Engagement for a Policing organization, Head of Communication & Engagement for a Policing transformation project, and Communications advisor for a Global Cruise brand. Before joining EY, I served as the Internal & Change Communication Manager for Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and First Capital Connect (FCC), where I led internal communication on large-scale modernization portfolios. My skills, knowledge, and experience include; - being a motivating, inspiring, and inclusive leader; - being a trusted strategic and internal communication advisor;- delivering large-scale, complex, and global transformational change communication projects; - developing communication for transactions such as mergers and acquisitions; - creative thinking, crisis management, media relations, trades unions experience; - employer brand and employee experience experience;- intranet design & content strategy / management;- I'm also an IOIC qualified internal communications professional and have experience with Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodology.
