My job was to assist new business policy and procedure making which includes editing new policy draft, managing correspondence, and being moderator of discussion with policy owner. During the training, I wrote a study case about administration process automation using vba (script and tutorial included), plagiarism checker (using existing open source application), and authorization application design.

My main responsibility was to manage enterprise wide new customer database by fulfilling cross division data request and providing database for enterprise pipeline system using a marketing intelligence application, R studio, python, and excel for data wrangling and scrapping.
