Promote and negotiate sales of program by conducting online or in-person presentations• Implement and execute outreach strategies to cultivate partnerships with Holocaust survivors including second and third generation survivors• Coaching on program to customize lessons, pacing, cross-curricular and interdisciplinary lesson ideas• Foster positive relationships with school districts by delivering exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries or issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction• Deliver engaging and effective training modules using a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning.• Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of training program• Identify opportunities to improve the programming, streamline processes, and enhance the overall experience for educators.
