Current- Successfully led the transition planning for Changi Airport's Liquor & Tobacco Concession in Jun 2020 between the outgoing and incoming operators. - Managed tenants' renovations and getting them ready for operations at Terminal 4 prior to its opening. - Successfully completed DFS's First in T2 Duplex store. - Successfully coordinated the transition for Changi Airport's Perfumes & Cosmetics Concession in September 2014 between the outgoing and incoming operators. - Managed the renovation of 20 Shilla store construction as the project manager at Changi, including Changi's First Perfumes & Cosmetics Duplex outlet. - Engage tenants in sales and operational improvement initiatives. - Monitor and enhance the competitiveness of Changi Airport’s retail businesses through price and product reviews in comparison with competitors- Monitor the service performance of tenants through feedback management and on ground audits
