A CIPD certified Human Resources Professional with experience across a number of HR disciplines including Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Change Management and Organisational Design. For the past 10 years I've been based in the UK and during that time I've held various roles at Grosvenor, Tesco, Johnson Matthey and M&S. I have previously worked with some of Australia’s largest Banking & Retail organisations in varied HR roles providing me skills in team leadership, business partnering, job design, elearning (LMS), HRIS and project management.I hold a Masters Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management), ILM 7 in Executive Coaching and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
