1. Accountable for clinical audits (Flowsheets, Logs, Care plans, Nurses' daily & monthly tasks)2. Acts as an admission specialist; Responsible for face-to-face visits, identification of qualifiers, review of medical records, and completion of the admission process.3. Ensures timely completion of initial and 6-month patient assessment, patient education, and plan of care.4. In charge of orientation/ training of new nurses and provides continues staff education.5. Participates in weekly management meeting and monthly QAPI in promoting clinical improvements and compliance.

Provide day to day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff. Participate in the department staffing and scheduling. Ensure compliance with the company approved policies, procedures, and state regulation. Recommend corrective action and initiate appropriate intervention. Render feedback on an ongoing basis and input annual performance evaluation. Assess patient care needs and delegate staff assignments. Promote and assist with compliance to OSHA programs to maintain a safe working environment.

-Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre – during – post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, adjusts or modifies the treatment plan as indicated and notifies TL, CN, CM or Physician as needed.-Directs and provides, in collaboration with direct and ancillary patient care staff, all aspects of the daily provision of safe and effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.-Administers medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithm(s), and documents appropriate medical justification and effectiveness.

-Initiate and terminate treatment, administer Heparin and monitor patient condition.-Perform vascular access cannulation and reporting any unusual findings.-Assist health care members in providing pt education regarding adequacy, access and disease process.-Responsible for completion of hemodialysis treatment sheet and accurate documentation.

- Review, qualify, and key orders for existing and new patient from referrals, hospitals & doctor’s office.- Process incoming orders including follow up for missing info, appointment scheduling and co-pay information, as well as updating SharePoint to reflect status.

-To keep track of transient personnel and remain aware of their movement.-Ensure that personnel are in their perspective places of accountability.-Identify and address quality of life issues that arise from the transient personnel.

Triage Nurse (Medical & Dental)-Utilize the nursing process in the care of civilian contractors.-Gathering initial information, taking vital signs and assessing symptoms and health related complaints.-Assisting in MOD 11 Physical & Dental examination. Run and interpret different laboratory equipment like Piccolo, I-stat, QBC etc.-Operates the x-ray machine, explain procedure and position, develop digital x-ray films, keep patient's testing records and observe proper safety procedures.Administrative-Gives information regarding patient’s insurance coverage. Receives, counts, and pays out cash. Prepare and send out brochures, receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements. -Managing calendars, travel, meetings and conferences. -Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive service, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist. Prepares stock inventory.

-Support the physicians by taking patient's medical histories.-Educating patients regarding sexually transmitted diseases, birth control and prenatal care.-Taking samples and specimens, assist with gynecological exams.-Using a variety of software packages,to produce correspondence and documents.

-Perform job site analysis, determine employee exposure, and institute safe work procedures.-esponsible for employee's health and safety.
