During my 13 years at GlaxoSmithKline (formerly SmithKline Beecham), I held a number of clinical roles of increasing responsibility; my final role at GSK was as Director, Development Sciences, Neurosciences Medicines Development Centre. I worked in both Clinical Development and Clinical Operations roles and in projects in a variety of psychiatric indications (Major Depressive Disorder, Primary Insomnia, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder) and patient populations (elderly, adults, adolescents). I worked in both insourced and outsourced models, and also had experience of working on joint development projects.
