By maintaining a long-term relationship with the customers, the TAM becomes the central point of contact for operational conversations, quality questions, issues with Microsoft Products and overall satisfaction. By providing Premier Services according to the customer's priorities we drive and maximize the business value of our customer's Microsoft investments.

- Main coordinator of activities around Swiss transition of IWM Latin America in-house Relationship Manager certification to the new Swiss Banking standards- Member of project task force responsible for handling certifications in international locations- Managing Key Client Risk Reviews- Responsible for internal communication channels and information sharing within business area
