It amazes me that I fell into this field because it really suits me. Experience in program development, sales, project management, and non profit work.I select the right combination of words to convey ideas, feelings, and solutions. When I look at the big picture, I quickly see how things are interrelated and I draw connections. My mind is like a factory - once I see the big picture I zoom in to the smaller pieces and can quickly see which parts are working, not working, and full on need to be replaced. I see the blind spots that others don’t see. I generate new ideas to be more effective and I look at all angles to decide the best route forward. I love pioneering new initiatives and making something out of nothing. I am attuned to the emotions of others and instinctively, people trust me. I can listen to everyone and make anyone feel like they are the most important person in the world. I affirm people’s humanity simply by being with them. I am keenly aware of people’s moods, motives, thoughts, and behavior, and I push people to a higher standard (ethically and morally). I am a peaceful presence and I ease the stress of people as they are making important life decisions. I refrain from telling people what they should do, but I draw linkages from their life to paint a picture to direct the thinking of others into a place of action.
