Michelle Gregory comes to MCWC with fourteen years of ministry experience as well as experience in managing corporate incentives and events for fortune 1000 companies. Born into a Pastor’s family, Michelle spent her early childhood in the jungles of Brazil where her family served as missionaries and then later moved to Oklahoma. She met her husband, Russell Gregory, when she moved to the DFW area to attend Dallas Baptist University to obtain her Bachelor of Arts Degree on a full scholarship.Michelle and Russell have four children and four beautiful grandchildren. Her husband serves on staff at Cross City Church where they minister together to young married adults. Professional experience includes pioneering the ministry and start up of the non-profit KiDs Beach Club where Michelle grew her leadership skills as she developed people and processes to position this ministry to grow nationwide.In her next ministry assignment, Michelle served for seven years at Cross City Church. As Director of Assimilation, she formulated an effective assimilation strategy for church growth and provided weekly leadership to 230 volunteers.Michelle’s passion is to love Jesus and love people. She is known for her ability to see God’s giftedness in others and to position them to fulfill His calling. Michelle has answered the ministry call to be the next Executive Director of MCWC and is honored to join those there who are so faithfully being the hands and feet of Jesus.
