Leading and expanding the Product team for two established Dealer Management systems. Developing a product vision and strategy to move the products onto a modern platform. Working with the Development manager to instil agile practices across the development and product teams. Part of the senior leadership team aligning company goals with product direction.

Managing a leading enterprise level Practice Management system for accountants for both the UK and US markets. Building and leading the software testing team. Driving agile practices to improve the quality and relevance of the product.Working as part of the wider IRIS product team to leverage integrations with other portfolio products.

This role involved the delivery of training and consultancy to all of our clients as well as working in a product management capacity with the development team. My training role encompassed preparing and delivering courses - both public courses and tailored to clients individual needs. My consultancy role included Best Practice reviews, Implementation project management and Pre Sales. I was also responsible for the maintenance and creation of all documentation of the system as well as testing new versions as they were released. I was closely involved with the development of the product, writing requirements, user stories, undertaking product discovery and GTM as well as the final QA and testing of new releases.
