I did all of the office daily activities as well as hiring, background checks, drug testing, contacted references, onboarding, orientation, entered time and production for each employee into computer or handheld device, entered benefits into personnel files, took care of submitting payroll for hired and temp employees, submitted times for temps to their perspective companies, took care of employee problems and concerns, worked with employees to get resolutions, also disciplinary action when necessary, took care of terminations and employees leaving by pulling their files and putting them in the prospective places, ordered lunches when we had meetings or for employees on certain occasions, balanced books and payroll sheets. made sure new employees were handling the job to satisfaction. getting them help if needed. asap answered phones scheduled meetings, filed and gave my all every day
