The incumbent in this position acts as the first point of contact for all human resource requests and serves as a key liaison with USP headquarter's Human Resource. C&B Management:- Accountable for developing, maintaining and improving C&B infrastructure and expats policies;- Performs total remuneration analysis as needed, monitoring total pay levels as well as pay mix versus market. Conduct market research (Mercer , Hewitt, HayGroup, etc.), trend analysis and provide support to the salary review process;- Responsible for manage existing vendor related to all employees payroll process including mandatory and supplemental employee benefits;- In charge on-boarding of new staff including conduct orientation for new join, probation assessment and labor contract renew;- Conduct and maintain job evaluation/profiles;- Communication of HR policies, programs and other related information to headquarters and to employees as necessary. Recruitment:- Accountable for people recruitment , standardize recruitment and interview processes, selection methodology in the region;- Responsible for recruiting process including screen resume; conduct interview as well as the background check;- JD review and standardize according to HQ’s template and communication with hiring manager;- Recruitment methods selection including coordinate with headhunters; internet advertisement; internal referral; internal transfer; etc. Talent Management:- Provides HR advice to line managers and staff (including employee communications and motivation such as reward and recognition processes, interpreting HR policies etc.) - Delivering and executing performance management program;- Providing support to assess and define organizational and individual training needs and developing plans to meet the needs.
