Contract responsibilities included providing evaluations, COTA supervision, documentation, transdisciplinary treatment, family training, and home evaluations for an inpatient rehabilitation facility.Accomplishments included further impact on my inpatient rehabilitation knowledge.Skills demonstrated, but not limited to, included prosthetic, NDT, orthopedic, low vision, and vestibular treatment .

Contract responsibilities to each of these businesses included providing evaluations, COTA supervision, documentation and treatment to clients at local outpatient, home health, rehabilitation, and nursing home agencies in and around the Vermilion Parish AreaAccomplishments at this job included networking with an array of businesses, starting and operating a contracting company for many years, and managing PRN employees.Skills used and demonstrated at this job included being flexible and transitioning between home health, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities, job site evaluations, and nursing home settings on a daily basis.
