I have recently graduated from Chamberlain University with a MS-Family Nurse Practitioner degree. I am seeking employment in the primary care field. I have strong assessment and planning skills with knowledge of current clinical practice guidelines in many of the primary care fields of interest, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, heart failure, dermatological conditions. pulmonary conditions, and many others. Knowledge of evidence-based practices to effect the most productive health outcome in my patients.
