- End-to-end oversight for strategic accounts renewing and upselling a mix of SaaS, professional services, and industry certifications - Working across an internal post-sales team typically comprised of consultants, technical implementation and customer success, to help clients prioritize projects based on privacy risk, develop efficient processes using TrustArc technology over a period of time- Identify areas for improvement in often manual processes leveraging TrustArc technology and consultingA consistent, top producer for TRUSTe for over a decade with a deep knowledge of data privacy. - Establish and manage long-term relationships with senior leadership with F100 clients resulting in ongoing six-figure ASP deals. - Grow existing annual contract value at existing clients - Generate new business deals and upsell existing clients with the industry's leading technology platform to comply with data protection and privacy regulations including Privacy Shield, GDPR and APEC-Negotiate complex contracts- Work closely with TRUSTe product, marketing, policy to develop right set of solutions and external messaging for evolving data privacy expectations- Maintain President's Club standing
