Hult Prize brings the level of competition for the Hult Prize to a university level before winning teams advance to their respective regional competition. The Hult Prize Foundation gives entrepreneurs interested in changing the world and tackling a plethora of social issues a chance at USD$1,000,000 in capital to fund their incredible ideas. I participated in a competition to create a product that would eventually reduce energy consumption by 12% for US households. I worked with a small team to create a viable app and product called Electricity, where we confidently felt would be able to help people become educated and connected so that they understand the breakdown of energy usage and how to reduce it. Our goal was to ultimately provide better health, quality of life, human functioning, and connectivity to the 37 million households in the US. We are continuing to improve our model, to make Electricity a viable product that is accessible for millions of people to use today, which will allow them to save money and energy.

· A 72-hour learning-by-doing workshop where I learned about every aspect of entrepreneurship. We teamed up and created viable, actionable plans for startups. My team launched a synthetic app called InvestIT, which teaches the younger generation about financial literacy. We designed this app in order to help people understand about investments, cash flows, etc. in a simple way.
