As Senior Business Development Advisor to the Real Estate team and Real Estate Investment sector, I have a broad role project managing all of their marketing and business development activities.I work closely with the lawyers to produce and implement marketing plans, manage significant marketing budgets and deliver a return on investment on any activities undertaken. I work closely with my colleagues in the Business Development, PR, Communications, Digital, Events and Bids teams to provide unrivalled business development support to the lawyers at Mills & Reeve.

Supporting the marketing and business development function in Norfolk and Suffolk. I work with marketing and BD colleagues across Central and East Anglia region supporting Partners and leadership teams to manage a coordinated approach to marketing and business development activities. Specialise in brand advocacy, PR, pitch/proposal creation, client care, event management and new lead generation. Role includes:- Generation and coordination of Marketing and BD strategy plan and communication plan- Working closely with outsourced PR agency in PR schedule and strategy- Working with local colleagues on implementing the firm's brand through all areas of delivery- Generating ideas and initiatives in developing new business- Analysis of the market place and client base in order to ensure coordinated approach- Management of sales pipeline- Analysing market intelligence to support target generation- Event management- Coordination of the pitch and proposal process, including attending meetings, proposal content and design, debriefing process, full tender process support- Supporting colleagues in meeting marketing and BD KPIs set by head office- Supporting colleagues in client satisfaction and retention- Seeking and providing regular feedback- Supporting BD and marketing colleagues across the UK on special projects- Reporting on ROI of marketing and BD initiatives
