The first teaching role following my PGCE, I held a variety of posts during my time at Bruntcliffe. Leading on department, pastoral and government initiatives throughout my tenure. A wide variety of subjects were within my purview over the years, many of which were not a speciality when they were commenced. I pride myself on being adaptable, flexible and professional at all times with a passion for education. I applied for, and was awarded, grants to develop government initiatives within the school and liaised with external bodies for a number of years. Resources were kept well stocked and within budget for all areas of responsibility, management responsibilities were completed on time, to high standards, to required specifications.
