Experience:I have been qualified 12 years and have gained a lot of experience in many fields of nursing. From managing my own clinic and seeing to patients who needed clinical reviews and post op wound care (working along side the Surgeon). Medical, Orthopaedic, Surgical, Long Term Conditions, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Tracheostomy and Ventilated Patients and End of life care. All experiences have been gained through working in the public and private sectors. Work:I work hard to promote the best of myself and the best of others. I am open to new challenges and willingness for improvement. I enjoy meeting new people and have always been good at adapting to new situation's. It is important to treat service users with dignity, respect and choices - fully informing them of their choices allowing them to make decisions based on their tailored care. I have plans to further my career - using all the experience I have gained to pursue my management career.About me:I am a compassionate individual, and passionate about centred person care. My values and beliefs are the foundations of why I became a nurse. I enjoy spending time with loved ones.I enjoy listening to music, watching my favourite TV drama's and the occasional get together with friends over a coffee/meal.
