I created a D&I strategy and 5 year D&I Plan for Shaw Trust in 2020 and led a comprehensive change program to embed D&I in all business functions and activities. The transformation and the impact on colleagues, suppliers and the organisational culture was recognised by Shaw Trust successfully achieving the National Equality Standard in 2021 and winning the CIPD Best Inclusion and Diversity Initiative at the People Management Awards in 2022. I have significant experience in designing and delivering training for staff at all levels of the business, in curating activities and events to celebrate and showcase diversity, inclusion and the lived experience of staff and in driving internal culture change at all levels.I have considerable experience in Operations and Contract Management with skills in Change, Quality and Project Management, continuous improvement activities and in developing new strategies to capture and measure impact.I am experienced in identifying measures to successfully embed best D&I practice into operations, policies and strategies.
