During this time, she and her Dallas team were consistently ranked as one of the top recruiting teams in the U.S. for Source Finance. In 1999 Michelle and a few of her associates left to form Search Finance, Inc. Prior to recruiting, she worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Michelle holds a BBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University where she graduated in 1994.
