I reached elite international level in Judo when injury to my elbow forced retirement at the age of 20. I then went on to complete my BSc sports and exercise science degree with honours and have been working in SEND schools both primary and secondary to gain valuable experience in this sector. I have been a level 2 qualified coach in Judo since 2006, for this I have to regularly update my first aid qualification and safeguarding and protecting children, I have a qualification in sports massage.
