I processed paperwork for potential tenants, including Section 8 applications. I performed a variety of general office duties, including filing, faxing, copying, and general office maintenance. I also maintained the updated rental lists, accepted rental payments, processed and distributed mail, in addition to field duties such as assessing rental property condition and cleaning, when necessary, and other duties as directed by management.

I performed a number of temporary office assignments in several offices.

I was responsible for overseeing 20 or more agents at any given time, handing customer service support to customers and agents, tracking and recording incoming calls and times into Excel software for Center Manager, training and coaching agents on account service, and other administrative functions as requested by management.
