In 2019 I was moved to the Transportation Payables Department since that was the major work I was keying in every day. I have trained new employees coming into the department on keying in invoices; making sure invoices for Transportation Payables are keyed in a timely manner (3 days); in the past under the Data Entry Department I keyed any cash payments presented by Accounts Receivable; audited Walmart/Amazon Billing Invoices; Domestic Edit and checking Customer List for Account Control; entering Budget/Sale Totals before month end; Budget Breakdown on the 1st of every month; putting up the AR Close.

Keyed Medicare payments and did research on claims that needed verification.

Once in a lifetime opportunity to work on the film production of a Stanley Jaffe film "TAPS". It was very exciting to be apart of the production crew and meet and work with such wonderful people. The actors working on the film were interesting to meet. Most of them were just starting out with their film career.
