Responsibilities include:> Leadership of key finance functions, including accounting policy, reporting and operations, treasury management, tax and compensation analysis, including management of a team of finance professionals, including finance staff overseas.> Transformation of finance to support transition to a public company> Spearhead operational excellence by leading system selection and overseeing implementation efforts for numerous software tools> Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive teams, board members and personnel across a global enterprise> Manage intricate and complex projects> Provide leadership to key committees

Responsibilities included:> Directly responsible for oversight of month-end close, including coordination with finance teams in geographically dispersed locations and ownership of the financial statements and related reporting.> Integral contributor during strategic transactions, including numerous acquisitions and restructurings, including purchase accounting and valuation, integration of finance systems, personnel, data and policies, preparation of cash forecasts and due diligence materials. > Partner to division presidents to perform all planning, analysis and reporting requirements for product lines exceeding $150 million in annual revenue.
