Michelle has over 12 years of experience in analytical roles, with the last 6 years focusing predominantly on finance with a sprinkle of strategy, operations, and sales. She has held roles reporting directly to the CEO in her last two positions at Indigo and BlockFi, and, even when not on the leadership team, has provided support to the C-Suite and Boards at startups (RapidSOS), public companies (Barclays, ABInBev - ZX Ventures), and through her years in consulting at McKinsey. With a background in product management, strategic finance, and sales leadership, Michelle’s diversified client-centric experience allows her to continue to innovate products, serve clients, and lead teams. Michelle holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
