Experience includes extensive use of the Adobe Suite Software specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. I work proficiently in Google Suite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. My web experience is with BigCommerce, Magento, Doogma, and other 3rd party apps associated with BigCommerce and Magento. I have used all of these programs on the MacOS and PC platforms and have worked with many inkjet printers, including but not limited to Cannon, Konica, Epson, and HP. My printing background ranges from desktop to large format and even vinyl cutting. I have often been considered the subject matter expert for technical issues involving software and equipment.As a production artist, I have produced printed sales samples, production art, and marketing graphics and have been responsible for purchasing, installing, and maintaining equipment and software. I am also accustomed to working directly with clients going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed on project progresses and delays. As a web specialist and eCommerce Manager, I originally maintained a website on Magento while working with a team of in-house coworkers and contracted developers to migrate that Magento system to a BigCommerce platform. I lead the responsibility of using custom development done on BigCommerce and Doogma visualization to build over 1,000 greeting card products that include personalization paired with visualization to match the customer's personalization selections. Since launched in May 2023 on Big Commerce I have maintained product inventory and add/delete products as seasons change and sales deem necessary. . I am a constant problem solver, welcome a challenge and look for new things to learn that may streamline processes currently in place. I monitor the admin’s customer interaction so that if I hear areas of our UX experience that cause frequent calls for assistance, I can be as proactive as possible to improve the process.
