Managed database of over 1000 volunteers, resulting in over 10 acres of coastal habitat restored during this timeframe. Managed an offsite facility by corresponding with resort employees and management on South Seas Island Resort. A spokesperson and role model for Sea School on and off of the resort. Developed curriculum, activities, projects and programs for children, teens, and adults. Developed and managed new nature center. Oversaw and trained teaching coordinators and teen assistants for summer camp. Outreach to the public to promote environmental awareness of marine organisms, recycling, sustainability and marine conservation. Managed all administration and business procedures for the Captiva location. Implemented and designed programs and activities for all children ages 6-13. Taught children about marine organisms, kayaking/canoeing, snorkeling, shelling, birding and mammals. Coordinated, train, and manage teenage volunteers, as well as interns and peers.
