As a senior banking specialist my main objective was to provide exceptional customer service to the military community. Through telecommunication I identified customers' financial needs, enabling effective cross-selling of banking products; encouraging business and consumer growth.My knowledge in lending, traditional bank products, and select investments aided in the success of the overall company goals as well as personal sales goals. While at USAA I was promoted to a helpline role in which I served as a department liaison for complex transactions including trusts and estates. In this role I maintained the ability and empowerment to resolve issues in a positive way for the business and the customers. During my time at USAA I was hand selected by Senior Management to serve as communications ambassador for USAA Banking Division in Tampa, FL
