Rockarchive is a collective of the world leading music photographers, offering silver gelatine and fine art prints of classic rock photography. The Amsterdam gallery offers not only the Rockarchive collection, but is also proud to represent French master photographer Jean-Pierre Leloir .Since 2009 Rockarchive represents Gijsbert Hanekroot, photographer for Oor Music Magazine in the late sixties and early seventies and mentor for Anton Corbijn when he started his career at Oor. The gallery has also developed a cooperation with French painter Igor Marceau after an exchange of gallery/atelier between Igor and Rockarchive. We are proud to exhibit his oil paintings and prints of Amsterdam.

Leloir archives go back into the fifties and include stunning images of music legends like Billie Holiday, Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, Frank Zappa, Jacques Brel and many others. In January 2010 Leloir was named Officer in the order of Fine arts and Litterature by Frederic Mitterand, the French Minister of Culture.
