Hr Employee Support Team Lead
Responsible for supporting the HR Employee Support team in providing excellent customer service and support of the full employee life cycle for assigned portfolios. This work includes advising the team on processing questions and escalations, coordinating the team absence calendar and portfolio delegations, entry of employee information and changes into our HRIS and payroll systems as well as responding to phone, chat, and written questions from employees and managers as an escalated point of contact in our Employee Service Centre.• Supervise day to day triaging, work allocation, execution, escalations and consistent process within the HR Employee Support team on all employee lifecycle events• Collaborate with other Employee Support Team leads to maintain consistent execution of service delivery, service partnership agreements and processes for all operating groups• Participate and support team on new processes, enhancements and efficiencies identified within own internal process as well as support for the business• Conduct PMP process, performance conversations and improvement plans• Coach and mentor team to ensure they are up to date on trends and initiatives and that a high level of service is provided to all customers• Ensure positive relationships are maintained within the employee service center team and with external customers by communicating frequently, soliciting feedback, and measuring customer satisfaction
Hr Employee Services Assistant
• Supports and ensures accurate and timely transactions within HRIS and applicable third-party websites of employee lifecycle changes within payroll deadlines which can include, but not limited to hires, changes to employees, leaves, terminations, benefit enrollments, transfer letters• Facilitates and coordinates pre-employment and onboarding requirements, closely collaborating with recruitment and liaising directly with external candidates to facilitate timely completion• Provides exceptional customer service by answering employee and manager questions that can be resolved within defined guidelines and/or service level agreements through call and case management• Escalates cases, when necessary, to other HR team members and stakeholders while maintaining communication with the employee through to resolution• Identifies and resolves issues with HRIS data integration to other platforms that support continuous improvement and a positive employee experience• Supports employees and managers in the initiation and processing of employee and manager self-serve processes• Prepares routine reports for periodic and ad-hoc audit purposes, reviewing information for validity, and actions accordingly in a timely fashion
