About Michelle Lesher

After working for years in health care as a registered nurse and registered dietitian Michelle is now focusing on creating healthy, veganicly grown produce and flowers to feed the community. She continues to hold an IBCLC license and also serves breastfeeding mothers in her community whenever possible. “Where our food comes from and how it is grown plays a major role in mental, physical and spiritual health and this was the motivation behind starting our farm Eastward Gardens. As a RN and RD I clearly understand the impact that food has on our well being. Food is medicine!”
