Plan, organize and direct all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll and Security Departments.Provide consultation and assistance to the executive and senior management teams as well as all other levels of the organization.Negotiate the Collective Agreement and manage the Employee and Labour Relations (USWA) for eight hundred employees at three locations.Oversee the development and implementation of all benefits, pension, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, performance management, orientation, training, employee and organizational development, health and safety and return to work policies and programs.
