Project achieve ~2 million safe manhours despite the challenges to ensure no interruption to operating warehouse and BCR room.• Enable MacAfee office separation for Asia region and managing non-manufacturing office new expansion/ renovation (eg; Taiwan Hsinchu office, Singapore Bendemeer).• Lead ~$10M office space conversion to soft labs and manage the 5 labs relocation from existing building to new labs within 4months. • Lead and manage PG1, 3, 4, 5 building demolish work for carpark lots of conversion and future expansion.
