Below are the key achievements: -• Delivery of Costa Rica technology transfer program during the plant close down and manage to enable key products in PG within 2 quarters by completion of 165 tools install activities and > 50 tools relocation.• Convert the 1st ever ATM legacy factory to a NEBB certified Class 10k cleanroom with a walkable ceiling (plenum box solution) within 15 weeks (vs. 24 weeks) including demo activities and 31 tools were handed over for Factory Qual within 10days.• Convert a vacant (since 2014) factory (22years old) to CR10K/100K with Raise Metal floor (RMF) + walkable ceiling and retrofit existing data centers, office & café. Project achieve ~2 million safe manhours despite the challenges to ensure no interruption to operating warehouse and BCR room.• Enable MacAfee office separation for Asia region and managing non-manufacturing office new expansion/ renovation (eg; Taiwan Hsinchu office, Singapore Bendemeer).• Lead ~$10M office space conversion to soft labs and manage the 5 labs relocation from existing building to new labs within 4months. • Lead and manage PG1, 3, 4, 5 building demolish work for carpark lots of conversion and future expansion.

- Responsible for the assessment and sustenance of infrastructural integrity covering the building envelope including roofing systems, ceiling systems, grounds systems, drainage networks and wall and floor systems.- Own Building Renovation roadmap and funding process compliance.- Drive for timely execution and closure of the building renovation and all other operation capital and out of scope projects for more than USD 2 Million per year. - Ensure accurate and effectively written SOW and the correct purchase process.- Manage the QAQC of project execution and delivery as well as the handing over inspection of projects.- Control supplier workmanship standards and ensure that execution follow the best procedures.
