    I was promoted to manage the Accounts department and also provide direct support to the Managing Director in all aspects of company life.I have helped expand the Accounts Department and now managing my own team of five. I am responsible for ensuring the four staff members have effective supervision and support where they are assisted to perform the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reception, and Administration duties. I also liaise with other areas of the business, where appropriate, and working with sensitive and confidential information across the business.My duties include cash flow management whereby I am in control of the cash outflows to keep Celmec within its account facility limits. I prepare all financial spreadsheets, monthly working capital reports and associated documents for the managing director, CFO and general manager. I have also assisted with the development of the pricing spreadsheets, policy and procedures manuals, instruction booklets to ensure they are accurate and up to date. I have been involved in the implementation and migration of data from QuickBooks to a new Manufacturing ERP system (ECi M1) and working closely with the software consultant to improve the business process efficiency. We create useful financial reports via Crystal Reports and changing the user interface design that is easy to use. Our next step will be to integrate a new label printing software for an easy and cost-effective way to get high quality labels onto the products.
